Am heutigen Mittwoch entschied das Gericht der Europäischen Union in Luxemburg im Fall Sea-Watch vs. Frontex. Während das Gericht versäumte, Transparenz und Rechenschaftspflicht herzustellen, stellte es fest, dass Frontex zu Unrecht mehr als 100 Fotos geheim gehalten hat.
