Am Mittwoch, den 24.04.2024, entscheidet das Gericht der Europäischen Union im Fall Sea-Watch gegen Frontex. Sea-Watch hatte im April 2022 Klage erhoben, im Oktober 2023 fand eine Anhörung dazu in Luxemburg statt. Zuvor hatte die Grenzagentur Anfragen im Zuge der Informationsfreiheitsverordnung abgelehnt. Die Freigabe der zurückgehaltenen Informationen soll beweisen, dass Frontex an Menschenrechtsverletzungen im Mittelmeer beteiligt…
